I am still not divorced. My husband keeps calling me and trying to convince me to come back. I gave him 30 days notice when I left him, I figured that was the only fair thing to do. For some reason he keeps insisting that I already have a new boyfriend and I am of loose morals for leaving him. It is true I have been desperate to hook up with a new man but I technically have not found anyone to have me. What can I do to convince my husband that I am not coming back to him? It has been almost a year since I moved out. I keep telling him that I am not coming back and that I am going to divorce him but I have not done any of the paperwork. I just can't seem to find the time to get the papers filled out.

Let's see....you gave your husband 30 days notice before you left him? How did that go? Nevermind. The answer to your real question is GET A DIVORCE! FILE THE PAPERWORK! The papers will not fill themselves out and walk over to the court house.
