He's not returning my feelings

Dear Fiona,
Oh the rapture! My old flame and I hooked up! yay! I realize now more than ever how much he meant to me, but in the old days he would not commit and when my husband came along it seemed like a good idea at the time to move in with my husband (you know before he was my husband) and leave behind my old flame. I really loved my husband back then. But, my old flame really gets my engine revving and I could not help myself, but I slep with him right away. A girl has to take care of her needs and let me tell you, the old flame does it for me. But, now for some reason my old flame seems too busy to spend any time with me. Why do you think that is?

Well, let's start with, did you tell him you weren't officially divorced yet? How about the part about how your husband still thinks you can be convinced to come back home, did you tell him that part? And, of course, you slept with him right away, RIGHT? I recommend you get a divorce and not sleep with anyone on the first through fifth dates whom you want to lure into a committed relationship with you.
